Preorder Information

WHAT IS A PREORDER?

  • A pre-order product is a new item that is in production but has not yet arrived.

  • All pre-order items will state that they are pre-order in their product details so please read carefully. It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to complete a pre-order purchase.

  • When you complete your pre-order on our website, your items will be fully paid for and reserved exclusively for you. If your order has not yet shipped and you'd like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@shopsunrose.com.

  • Please note, the time frames provided in the product details for pre-order delivery are estimates only. Although we do our very best to keep to the allocated shipping time frame, there are many factors outside of our control that may influence this.  You will receive confirmation via email as soon as your pre-order ships.  Please understand that because we are located in Hawaii, delivery time may vary depending on where your shipping address is located.

     

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY?

  • All of our orders are processed via our website. Upon fulfilling your item, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided when you made your order. Your order will be processed within 5-7 of our container shipment being processed and quality control performed. Please be sure to check your spam and junk mail to see if there is any information regarding your order.

     

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A DELAY WITH MY ORDER?

  • While we can't guarantee an exact arrival date, we'll communicate any and all updates as we receive them.  In the rare case we experience freight or customs delays, we would contact you via email to inform you of this.
  • Delays could occur due to supplier issues, courier strikes/delays, natural disasters occurring in the country of origin which are out of our control.  We would always do everything we can to ensure you receive your order as quick as possible.

     

CAN I CANCEL MY PREORDER?

  • Yes, you can cancel your pre-order at any time before it arrives at our warehouse.  If your item has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order for a full refund to your original payment method.
