Shipping & Returns

While we'd love to always be able to offer free shipping, it's pretty hard to do when you're on a tiny island in the middle of the Pacific.  Sunrose's aim is to keep our product prices reasonable for all and not inflated due to "free" shipping.  See below for additional shipping information and be sure to subscribe to our email list to receive notifications on our periodic free shipping promotions throughout the year!

STANDARD SHIPPING:

Please note, we are located in Hawaii and, as a result, shipping transit times may vary.  Once your order has been processed, transit times within the state of Hawaii are typically 1-3 business days and transit times to the U.S. mainland will vary based on your address, typically between 3-10 business days, but may be longer.  If you're interested in expedited shipping options, they can be arranged for a customized rate.  Please email us at support@shopsunrose.com for assistance.

All in stock items will process and ship within 1-3 business days of your order date. We currently only ship via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground Economy or USPS Ground Advantage.  Our standard shipping rates are based on an item's size/weight and the location of your shipping address.  If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages.  Tracking will be provided via a confirmation email for each individual shipment that is sent out. We currently only offer shipping within the United States and do not ship internationally.  We also do not ship on weekends or holidays.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS: Please take notice of the estimated shipment date listed on the product page. These dates are estimates only and are subject to change in the event of freight or customs delays. Once our container shipment arrives, pre-orders will be processed within 5-7 business days and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Our oversized items will incur a bulk shipping rate of the following:

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Sunrose does not assume responsibility for any order submitted with an incorrect shipping address. If you notice an error in your order or shipping address, and your order has not yet been shipped, please email us as soon as possible at support@shopsunrose.com. You may be subject to change fees if your shipment is already on its way to you.  If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is fully responsible for any re-shipment charges.



MISSING OR LOST ORDERS:
Sunrose is not responsible for any missing or lost packages due to courier error. However, we will always work as hard as we can to recover the package and file the necessary claims.




CANCELLATIONS:
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request to cancel items from your order up until the day they begin processing. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@shopsunrose.com with your name and order number. Once your order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel your order.


RETURNS:


To initiate a return, please email us at support@shopsunrose.com with your full name and order number. Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund back to your original form of payment.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note, all shipping fees on your original order are non refundable. All items must be returned in their original condition and in all original packaging.  Customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please keep this in mind, as we are located in Hawaii and return shipping may be costly.  All orders that have received an order discount of 30% or more are considered final sale.  All product bundles are final sale.  Final sale, clearance and sample sale items are not eligible for return.
